To be a loan signing agent, and the best you can be-it requires a complete understanding of the Real estate and Mortgage industry and regulations. Before I launched this new career I spent a reasonable amount of time getting the industry-specific training that I needed to excel and be the most professional in this industry. I strive to make the loan signing experience relaxed, professional, timely, and 100% accurate. I aim to represent the agency that hired me with class, grace, and expertise.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
This industry requires education and training. Notaries and Loan Signing Agents are dealing with very personal and private information; information that will allow individuals to buy a house, or take care of financial or family issues if a family member is ill or incarcerated. To handle this information-not just with care, compassion, and professionalism - but within the boundaries and laws laid out by the California Secretary of State, one has to seek out the best and most consistent training and education.
